Derek Dykes
President
Shortly after Derek received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business, he started his career in construction. Throughout Derek’s 18-year career, he has built every type of project, from million-dollar residential custom homes to multi-million-dollar governmental projects.
Derek has completed over 200 projects, including vertical construction, interior renovations, and large horizontal structures, with each type requiring a special knowledge to complete. Derek has renovated over 1.5 million square feet of occupied space in higher education and K-12 buildings, industrial workspaces, medical offices, veterinary offices, and hospitals.
He has his Florida Builder's License (CBC1262173), Healthcare Constructor Certificate, and Infectious Control Risk Assessment Certificate. Derek’s proactive thinking and clear communication ensure that clients are fully engaged in the process of building their vision.
