PROJECT OVERVIEW:
We built a new 8,000 sf building from the ground up for the Village Commercial Construction Division. The project included working with the user group going into the new building to coordinate the electrical, water, and sewer connections for the work they needed for their build-out. This included CMU wall with brick veneer, siding, stucco, structural steel roof structure with a built up SBS roof.
The existing building and property were occupied during the construction of the project, and we had to coordinate with staff and always have the project site barricaded to make sure nobody entered the site. The City of Belleview had their own utilities, building inspections and quality controls and we coordinated with them during the project.
