PROJECT: Port Tampa Offsite Storage Building

A new 12,000sf concrete building to store items during hurricanes and tropical storms. The facility is a Hardened building with a wind load to 160 mph and equipped with a standby generator. Developed the entire 5 acre site with large drives, parking areas, new landscaping, and fencing.
