A recent Navy veteran, separating in 2023 after a distinguished career focused on engineering and facilities management, Elliott seamlessly transitioned his skills to the construction industry. At Blackwater, he thrives as a team player, readily filling in wherever needed, from APM to Superintendent or even Project Manager, depending on the project’s demands. He oversees all facets of projects from inception to completion, diligently managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards, alongside stakeholder and subcontractor relations. His expertise extends to the crucial tasks of submittal and RFI management while spearheading on-site construction activities to guarantee projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
